W. Davis Frye

W. Davis Frye, shareholder in the Jackson office, concentrates his practice in health care and commercial litigation, employment disputes, and toxic tort litigation. Mr. Frye has extensive experience with nursing home litigation; False Claims Act litigation; employment litigation, including racial discrimination, age discrimination, pregnancy discrimination and sexual harassment; covenants not to compete; contract disputes; commercial litigation, mass torts; and white collar crime.
