A. W. Smith

A.W. Smith represents victims injured by automobile collisions and a variety of other cases including semi-truck accidents and medical malpractice cases. Many of these cases have included brain injuries. A.W Smith obtained one of the largest medical malpractice verdicts on record in Kansas for the wife and children of a man killed during a medical procedure. He has also focused on cases where semi-trucks have caused serious injuries to people because the trucks were negligently maintained, the driver committed error or the driver suffered from fatigue and cause an accident. A.W. Smith currently serves as a member of the Missouri Association of Trial Attorneys (MATA). Additionally, A.W. Smith has had several articles about his cases published statewide and nationally. At the age of 12, A.W. Smith and his two sisters lost their father in a tragic farming accident near Blackwater, Missouri. Following this tragedy, A.W. Smith put himself through college and law school in order to dedicate his life to helping families that are in desperate need of legal assistance. A.W. Smith understands the nightmares that families and children go through when a loved one is injured or killed. A.W.
