Amanda M. Basch

Amanda M. Basch concentrates her practice in the areas of litigation, including trust, probate and fiduciary litigation, domestic/family law and banking/creditors' rights disputes. Ms. Basch's practice includes both private and appointed counsel representation in guardianships and conservatiorships, private and appointed counsel in other probate matters and guardian ad litem representation in family court. The transactional protion of Ms. Basch's practice includes estate and creditor protection planning, lender representation and real estate transactions.
