Brandon A. Lawson

Brandon Lawson is engaged in the firm’s civil litigation practice. Prior to joining Case Linden P.C., he served as in-house counsel for an insurance company in which he gained experience litigating hundreds of general liability claims, including several jury trials to verdict. In that time, he learned how to litigate cases both effectively and efficiently for the benefit of that insurer and its insureds. His prior experience also includes defense of workers compensation matters, developing familiarity with types and mechanisms of injury and strategies for medical treatment that continue to serve him well to the present day. His background also includes defense of high-exposure injury cases arising out of the trucking industry and defense of municipalities against civil litigation. Early in his legal career, he also served as a law clerk for two judges with the Circuit Court of Jackson County, Missouri, giving him a unique perspective on how litigation and pre-trial strategies lead to results in the courtroom.
