Craig Richards received his undergraduate and master’s degrees in accounting from the University of Missouri Columbia before obtaining his Juris Doctorate from St. Louis University School of Law. Following law school, Craig worked as a law clerk for the Honorable Colleen Dolan at the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District, where he gained valuable experience in an array of legal issues. Since joining OnderLaw in 2018, Craig’s practice has focused primarily on consumer protection and class actions. Craig is licensed to practice in Missouri and currently resides in St. Louis. Although most of Craig’s clients live in Missouri and are litigated in state and federal Missouri courts, he works with nation-wide class action litigation and regularly works on cases filed out-of-state, primarily in New York, Georgia, Indiana, Oklahoma, Kentucky, and Connecticut. Craig is dedicated to helping his prospective clients and will give them an honest assessment of their potential claims or defenses at no cost. In fact, most of Craig’s clients never have to pay out-of-pocket fees. Unless he successfully handles your suit and can recover from the opposing party, he receives no compensation.
