Dan Kennedy

Daniel Kennedy is a dedicated, experienced criminal defense attorney. As a former administrative hearing officer for the Missouri Department of Revenue, Mr. Kennedy has a unique understanding of the issues and laws surrounding DUI/DWI offenses. Mr. Kennedy exclusively handled DWI and license cases for the Department of Revenue prior to starting his own firm. He was also involved with training police officers in proper DUI/DWI investigation procedures. Since leaving the State, Mr. Kennedy has used his experience to help give his clients the best defense possible when facing a DWI or other criminal charges. Mr. Kennedy has experience with both bench and jury trials and is not afraid to take any case to trial to help his clients. As a father of two beautiful girls, Mr. Kennedy understands that behind every case is a real person facing real problems looking for real solutions.
