Daniel L Boyd

Dan L. Boyd practices in a variety of areas of civil litigation with a primary emphasis on defending and consulting long term care and assisted living facilities. Dan has over ten years of experience litigating civil matters. As an attorney at McDonald Law Group, P.A. Dan serves as counsel for some of the largest providers of long-term care services in the country. Mr. Boyd's background includes experience in products liability, mass torts, medical malpractice, personal injury, construction defect, and First-party bad faith litigation. While managing his own practice, Mr. Boyd was named in the Top 40 under 40 by The National Trial Lawyers for five years in a row. Mr. Boyd earned his undergraduate degree in Political Science from Northwest Missouri State University. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri at Kansas City. Mr. Boyd is a member of both the Missouri and Kansas Bars and is admitted to practice in the United States District Court of Kansas and the Western District of Missouri.
