Helen M Cripps

Helen practices law in the areas of estate, business and tax planning; estate and trust administration; and elder law - the same areas which have been her focus for thirty years. She has helped many individuals and families understand and navigate the complexities of planning for their own and future generations. She believes every plan should be customized for individual situations as well as provide for contingencies. Motivated by a strong belief in the value of educating clients as the first step in planning, Helen is frequently asked to speak to civic and professional organizations on the topics of estate planning, special needs, elder law and probate avoidance. Helen is active in community organizations related to her practice areas, including the Mid-Missouri Estate Planning Council. She regularly attends advanced continuing education programs so she can stay current on the always changing laws and planning techniques available for clients. Helen and her husband have four grown daughters. They enjoy driving national scenic byways, visiting national parks, wine tasting and visiting their daughters.
