James G. Onder

James G. Onder is founder of OnderLaw, a preeminent personal injury and mass tort litigation firm with offices in St. Louis, Missouri; Nashville, Tennessee; and Newport Beach, California. Mr. Onder takes great pride in changing the way corporations do business, the firm’s motto being, we not only take on cases, we take on causes. His accomplished team includes 30 attorneys and over 150 dedicated staff members. In addition to achieving more than $5 billion in settlements and verdicts representing plaintiffs’ interests, Mr. Onder negotiated a groundbreaking $8.9 billion agreement with Johnson & Johnson on behalf of current and future talc-related cancer victims. Mr. Onder is a founder of talcum powder-related ovarian cancer litigation, having filed the second case in the nation and the first in the State of Missouri in 2014. OnderLaw, currently represents over 20,000 women who have suffered talc-related cancers and their survivors in what is believed to be the largest such docket in the country. He is also a founder of mini-blind-related death and injury litigation. His work has resulted in countless young lives saved because of changes he forced in miniblind design. In 2016, OnderLaw, was recognized for achieving the first, second, and third largest verdicts in the state of Missouri, and the third-highest verdict in 2017.
