Kevin M. Hoffmeyer

Kevin focuses his practice with AEGIS on corporate and real estate transactional work. He developed a considerable amount of experience in these areas while serving as corporate counsel at a large national retailor. There, he was primarily responsible for handling all legal aspects of leasing transactions and commercial contracts, in addition to regulatory, compliance and operational projects. Prior to his corporate counsel position, Kevin worked as a transactional attorney at two large regional law firms, where he focused on real estate, banking, construction, and corporate law. Kevin graduated summa cum laude from Mercyhurst University, and earned his J.D. and M.B.A. from the University of Missouri. While in law school, Kevin was a member of the Missouri Law Review, taught business law to undergraduates, and won several awards, including the Sidney Faber Criminal Law Award, the CALI Excellence for the Future Awards in Business Organizations and Criminal Law, and the National Moot Court Prize. He’s admitted to practice in the State of Missouri. Kevin enjoys the challenge of solving complex problems for clients and finds it fulfilling to help them achieve their business goals.
