M. Andrew Roffmann JD

Andrew Roffmann has been a resident of Clay County, Missouri since 1995. He is a 1996 graduate of the UMKC School of Law. His legal career began as a Staff Attorney for the Missouri Division of Child Support Enforcement, followed by a stint as law clerk for the Honorable Christine Sill-Rogers in the 16th Judicial Circuit. In private practice, he has focused on the areas of family law, criminal defense, and traffic matters. He is a trained mediator and Guardian ad Litem. He is often appointed to represent children and parents in the juvenile divisions in both Clay and Platte Counties. He opened and has maintained his solo practice since October, 2010. He previously served three terms, a total of nine years, on the Liberty Public Schools Board of Education. During that time, he was selected as Vice President and then President of the Board. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Clay County Bar Association, the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, the Eastern Jackson County Bar Association, the Association of Missouri Mediators, the Association of Family and Conciliation Courts, and the Missouri Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers.
