Richard H. Sindel

Mr. Sindel concentrates in the areas of federal and state drug, capital murder, and state and federal appeals. In addition to trying cases throughout the State of Missouri, he has represented defendants in federal cases in Iowa, Illinois, Michigan, Tennessee, North Dakota, South Dakota and California. He has successfully argued appeals before every Missouri appellate court and the Second, Seventh and Eighth U.S. Circuit Courts of Appeal.
