Upon graduating from law school, Mr. Nigro worked as a law clerk with the Sixteenth Judicial Circuit of Missouri in Jackson County, Missouri. Mr. Nigro then went on to work as an Assistant Jackson County Counselor handling county prosecutions and civil rights violations. Since 1997, Mr. Nigro has been in private practice, where he has concentrated his practice in the criminal defense field. Mr. Nigro has over ten years of prosecuting experience. Mr. Nigro is the Raytown Prosecuting Attorney, a position he has held since 2001. Mr. Nigro is also Raymore Municipal Judge and has held that position since 2015. Mr. Nigro served two terms as President of the Missouri Municipal and Associate Circuit Prosecutor’s Association. Mr. Nigro has served on the University of Missouri, Kansas City School of Law Alumni Board since 2006. Mr. Nigro has received numerous awards and citations.
