Seth Hicks

Seth Hicks is a personal injury attorney who brings a personal passion for justice to his practice. His journey into law began at 16 when he and his father faced an uphill battle against an insurance company after a car accident. The experience taught him the true nature of dealing with big companies and inspired his commitment to standing up for clients against unfair practices. Over the years, Seth has found satisfaction in helping clients recover what they are owed, often exceeding expectations. Seth takes pride in uncovering overlooked details that can add value to a case. His investigative approach allows him to find evidence others may have missed, giving his clients a stronger position. Communication is central to Seth’s practice—he provides clients with his direct number and encourages open communication to ensure their questions are answered and their concerns addressed. Originally from a medium-sized town in northwestern Illinois, Seth developed a love for problem-solving and advocacy early in life.
