Shane Cantin

Shane Cantin is a graduate of the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Law, and a local graduate of College of the Ozarks located just south of Branson, Missouri. With over 20 years of litigation and criminal defense experience, Shane's practice is focused on felony criminal defense in both state and federal courts throughout Missouri. He has defended clients against almost every kind of serious felony accusation, including murders, rape, kidnapping, robbery, drug distribution and conspiracy, and federal fraud, money laundering, and conspiracy cases. However, in addition to his felony defense practice, Shane also represents clients in misdemeanor, DWI, and traffic offenses in courts throughout Southwest Missouri. He also represents many clients in complex and difficult divorce, custody and modification cases. Shane is well respected for his litigation experience and his ability to handle difficult cases. His work is devoted entirely to litigation and trial practice. He has been recognized as a 417 Magazine Top Lawyer, is listed in The Best Lawyers in America 2012, and is a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100. He is admitted to practice before all state and federal courts in Missouri, including the Eighth Circuit U.S. Court of Appeals.
