Trent Church

Trent has successfully defended corporations and other civil defendants in disputes involving The Federal Employers Liability Act, railroad crossing accidents, products liability litigation, construction litigation, nursing home litigation, insurance defense and insurance coverage litigation. Trent has tried multiple jury trials to verdict and obtained favorable results for his clients. He began his career at the Missouri State Public Defender’s office where he gained immediate courtroom and jury trial exposure representing clients charged with serious criminal offenses. Thereafter, he brought his trial skills and courtroom knowledge to the civil litigation arena where he has continued to zealously represent clients involved in a variety of civil matters.
