William L. Davis

MEDICAL & HEALTH CARE LITIGATION William L. Davis has been a principal with Moser and Marsalek, P.C. from 1972 to 2004 and is now Of Counsel. He joined the firm in 1965 following graduation from the University of Missouri School of Law, where he also obtained his undergraduate degree. Since joining the firm, Mr. Davis has primarily concentrated on trial practice. For over 30 years he has specialized in defending health care providers and institutions. He has defended hundreds of professional liability suits on behalf of our clients. In the past twenty-five years he has been lead counsel in more than one hundred jury trials. He has lectured on risk management and legal matters for several institutions, various bar associations and health care provider organizations. He co-authored an article on defense of the medical malpractice case which was published in the St. Louis Bar Journal. Mr. Davis is also a member of the American College of Trial Lawyers which accepts about one percent of trial lawyers across the country based on trial experience and excellence. He has tried a wide variety of malpractice cases in virtually every medical specialty.
