Adaline Baker

Adaline attended Chadron State College for her undergraduate and graduate degrees and attended Creighton University School of Law for her J.D. While attending law school, Adaline also earned a Masters in Government Organization and Leadership from Creighton. After law school, Adaline was selected to participate in the University of Nebraska’s inaugural class of its Children’s Justice Attorney Education Fellowship. Adaline practices mainly family law, juvenile law, and handles guardianships and conservatorships. She is a qualified mediator and a Guardian Ad Litem in both juvenile and probate court. Adaline also accepts Guardian Ad Litem appointments in district court. Adaline offers Collaborative Divorce for clients who are seeking an alternative to the adversarial nature of divorce. Collaborative Divorce is designed to help couples settle their differences in a respectful and dignified manner while maintaining the well-being of their children and selves without court intervention.
