About Amy S. Jorgensen
Amy Jorgensen is a member of Croker Huck and her practice is primarily concentrated on a broad range of business and corporate matters, including entity formation and structuring, mergers and acquisitions, and the review and drafting of all types of business contracts. In addition, Amy has experience assisting clients with respect to estate planning and administration and real estate matters. Amy joined the Nebraska State Bar in 2005 after receiving her Juris Doctor from Creighton University School of Law in 2005. She is a member of the Omaha and Nebraska State Bar Association.
