Jessica Källström

Jessica was born and raised in the Rust Belt of western Pennsylvania. In 2000, Jessica moved to New York City to attend Barnard College/Columbia University. After graduating with degrees in Psychology and Gender Studies, Jessica decided to stay in the NYC metro area and attend law school at Rutgers Law School. While at Rutgers, Jessica was selected as a Tischler Scholar, which is the award given to the #1 ranked student in each class year. Jessica graduated with high honors and was inducted into the Order of the Coif legal honor society. Since finishing law school, Jessica has worked for large law firms in both New York and Omaha doing internal investigations and civil litigation. Her current practice focuses on litigating discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims on behalf of employees. Throughout her legal career, Jessica has also demonstrated a commitment to helping marginalized communities access the courts, including by representing trafficking victims in immigration proceedings and assisting transgender clients obtain legal name changes. Jessica is proud to call Omaha home now. She lives in west Omaha with her partners and four kids (including a set of triplets). In her nearly nonexistent free time (triplets!), Jessica enjoys getting outdoors for hiking, swimming, and gardening.
