About Matthew J. Kivett
Raised in Gretna, Nebraska, Matt attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln where he received a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration in 2008. He went on to attend Creighton University School of Law and graduated with his Juris Doctorate in May, 2011. Matt joined the Firm as an Associate in April, 2012, and practices in the areas of commercial transactions, corporate, real estate and lending law, mortgage law, creditors’ rights, banking law, foreclosure law and collections. In his spare time, Matt enjoys playing golf and basketball, traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
