Paul J. Halbur

Mr. Halbur brings over 23 years experience in counseling clients, big and small, local, national and international, on corporate, commercial and transactional matters. His primary goal in representing clients in the myriad of commercial matters faced by businesses and management today is to provide timely and straight-forward legal advice in a cost-effective manner. Mr. Halbur's practice concentrates in commercial transactions, acquisitions and divestitures, corporate governance and planning, commercial contracts, production agriculture, real estate and commercial lending. Over many years, he has earned clients' trust to shepherd them through routine and complex legal matters.
