Russell A. Westerhold

Russ focuses his practice on the construction, regulatory, bankruptcy and agricultural fields. Russ assists various construction industry clients in assessing and managing risk through contract negotiations and is an experienced litigator of construction disputes. In the regulatory arena, Russ represents clients before various agencies and has extensive experience practicing before the Nebraska Public Service Commission and the FERC.
