Tami L. Fleek

Ms. Fleek’s practice is focused solely on insurance defense litigation, with an emphasis on workers’ compensation, automobile, and general liability matters. Tami is licensed in the state of Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri and Kansas. Prior to entering private practice, Ms. Fleek was staff counsel at IAT Insurance Group, where she handled large loss automobile and car fleet claims. Ms. Fleek is dedicated to ensuring her clients receive a robust and comprehensive defense, with a focus on mitigating exposure in a cost-controlled manner.
