Timothy J. Cuddigan

Timothy J. Cuddigan has been an attorney since 1975. Beginning in 1994, Mr. Cuddigan focused his practice on representing Social Security and SSI disability claimants. In 2008, he became accredited by the Veteran's Administration to represent veterans. He is admitted to practice in Nebraska, the U.S. Court of Appeals 8th Circuit, the U.S. District Court District of Nebraska, the U.S. Court of Appeals for Veterans' Claims and the Supreme Court of the United States. Mr. Cuddigan is a sustaining member of National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives (NOSSCR) and has served as a member of the Board of Directors since 2004. He is a past president of the organization. He is a sustaining member of the National Organization of Veterans' Advocates (NOVA). He has been active in community concerns as a Member of the Institutional Review Board of Creighton University from 1997 to 2006. He is a member of National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) and served as the president of NAMI Nebraska from 2009 to 2013. Mr. Cuddigan is an alum of Creighton University School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor in 1974. He also holds a Bachelor's in History from Creighton University.
