About Timothy S. Dowd
Timothy S. Dowd was born and raised in Omaha and graduated from Omaha Creighton Prep High School. He attended Creighton University Law School where he obtained his Juris Doctorate in 1995. He has successfully litigated both jury and non-jury cases throughout the various Courts in the State of Nebraska. He has also successfully argued numerous appeals before the Three Judge Review Panel of the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court, the Nebraska Court of Appeals, and the Nebraska Supreme Court.
