Avery J. Laub Esq.

Avery attended the William S. Boyd School of Law. During law school, he externed with the Honorable Natalie M. Cox of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Nevada as well as with the Honorable Chief Administrative Law Judge Dena Smith of the Nevada Department of Taxation. After graduating from law school in 2023, he worked with Goldsmith & Guymon, P.C. as a law clerk while completing his MBA at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas where he graduated in 2024. Avery joined Goldsmith & Guymon, P.C. as an associate attorney after being admitted to the Nevada Bar. He is licensed to practice in Nevada. He primarily practices in the areas of Estate Planning, Probate, and Business Matters. He also assists in Trust Litigation and Guardianship.
