About Brian As a member of the litigation team at Edward M. Bernstein & Associates, Brian recognizes the importance of representing the injured and disabled members of the community and ensuring that they are fairly compensated for their injuries. Brian joined Edward M Bernstein and Associates in 2017. Licensed to practice law in Nevada since 2008, Brian has gained extensive experience in handling personal injury cases and social security disability claims in State and Federal Court. His years of experience and his personable demeanor make him a caring yet effective advocate and enables him to maximize the compensation for his clients while seeing to their individual needs. Brian was born in Mesa, Arizona, and received his Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from the University of Utah. He attended Florida Coastal School of Law where he received his Juris Doctor degree and was a member of the mock trial team. Brian enjoys cycling, watching football and spending time with his wife and their four children.
