Charles C. Diaz

Charles Diaz is a partner in both the Reno and Las Vegas offices, primarily practicing criminal defense law and workers compensation law. Mr. Diaz is an accomplished trial and appellate attorney that has successfully represented countless injured workers and criminal clients in local, state and federal courts. Before forming his own law firm, Mr. Diaz was a Washoe County, Nevada, Public Defender for over five years. His extensive trial experience, coupled with the professional relationships he has formed over the past 20 years, allows Mr. Diaz to identify and focus on the details of each client's case that will bring the best results possible. Mr. Diaz was born and raised in Los Angles, California and has been a Nevada resident for over 25 years. He earned his Bachelor's Degree from Loyola Marymount College, Los Angeles, California and earned his Juris Doctorate Degree, from the Nevada School of Law, Old College, Reno, Nevada, in 1986. He is licensed to practice in both Nevada and California, as well as state and federal courts. Mr. Diaz is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, State Bar of California, American Bar Association, National College for DUI Defense, Nevada Justice Association, National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, Washoe County Bar Association and the Clark County Bar Association. Mr. Diaz also speaks fluent Spanish.
