J. Robert Parke Esq.

J. Robert "Rob" Parke, Esq., is a native of Nevada. He graduated from the University of Nevada and obtained his law degree (Juris Doctor) from the McGeorge School of Law. Mr. Parke is rated as Lead Counsel, is a member of the State Bar of Nevada, State Bar of California (currently inactive status), received his license as a Certified Public Accountant from the State of California (currently inactive status) and is admitted to practice in the United States Tax Court. Mr. Parke is also a member of the Washoe County Bar Association, the Probate Bar Association of Washoe County, the American Bar Association (tax, real property, probate and trust sections) and the Estate Planning Council of Northern Nevada. Mr. Parke practices primarily in the areas of estate planning, trusts and estates, probate, taxation and general business law. In addition to his legal background, Mr. Parke has substantial industry experience. He has experience in the fields of real estate development, rental real estate, property management, natural resource development, wholesale and retail industries, manufacturing, insurance and tax-exempt organizations.
