Martin Manke

Martin Manke is the managing attorney at Michaelson Law, bringing over 25 years of experience in high-end litigation matters. Known for his strategic approach and commitment to excellence, Martin has earned the prestigious Martindale-Hubbell AV Preeminent rating, a distinction he has held for over a decade. Martin represents individuals and businesses in various complex legal matters, including contractual disputes, general liability issues, probate and guardianship matters, and contested trust and estate cases. Before joining Michaelson Law, he was a partner at one of the largest national law firms, where he honed his expertise in high-stakes litigation. Martin attended law school at California Western School of Law and was admitted to the State Bar of Nevada in 1999. He is now a mentor to first-year attorneys for the Bar. Martin is a proud Las Vegas native. He graduated from UNLV with a bachelor’s degree in history in 1996. While in college, Martin served as a Student Ambassador and interned for former U.S. Senator, Harry Reid, in Washington, D.C. Outside of his legal practice, Martin enjoys spending time with his two children, tackling home improvement projects, exploring Lake Mead, and adventuring in his side-by-side.
