Sterling is the founding partner of Kerr Simpson Attorneys at Law, Nevada based law firm focused on representing corporate, real estate and high net worth clients in the Western United States. He is the lead attorney at the firm for complex transactional and business litigation matters. He has developed domestic and international real estate projects, successfully started and sold a Nevada based Trust Company and manages Kerr Simpson Attorneys at Law and its talented attorneys. Practice Focus Sterling counsels clients on asset acquisition and sales, business entity formations, corporate governance, joint ventures and the detailed agreements commensurate with client data, services, licensing and general business issues.
