Qumars Behzadi

Attorney Qumars Behzadi earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Notre Dame Law School in 2000. Once he passed the bar, instead of jumping right into a single-lawyer practice, he began his decades-long career as a lawyer defending clients on behalf of insurance companies. This ensured Qumars understood exactly how insurance companies operate in the legal space for claims. Knowing how the insurance companies handle cases gave him a unique viewpoint and understanding that many lawyers never see outside of fighting insurance companies for their clients. Subsequently, Qumars set out on his own and started his own practice in 2007, hoping to more effectively realize his passion for helping individuals assert their rights against insurance companies and employers alike. Qumars is licensed in both Nevada and Hawaii, and has represented numerous clients in state and federal courts at all levels of litigation.
