Brittney M. White

Attorney Brittney M. White joined Hamblett & Kerrigan, P.A. in 2025. Attorney White is licensed to practice in New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and before the United States District Court for New Hampshire. Attorney White specializes in criminal law, termination of parental rights matters, estate planning, landlord-tenant law, civil litigation, and appellate advocacy. Attorney White works mainly with landlords and has represented them in courts across the state. Attorney White has also defended and presented many complex civil litigation matters in New Hampshire Superior Courts, either in jury trials or bench trials, including buyer/seller disputes and probate litigation. Born and raised in New Hampshire, Attorney White is a trustee and on the education committee for the Greater Nashua Humane Society. In her free time, Attorney White enjoys spending time with her family and friends, hiking, skiing, and playing soccer in local clubs.
