Daniel D. Muller Jr.

Daniel Muller focuses his practice on Land Use and Real Estate law. He also is involved with much of the legal writing for the firm’s appellate work, which includes a variety of practice areas and legal issues. Over his twenty-five plus years of practice, Dan has handled land use cases from every perspective having represented municipal boards, land developers, and abutting landowners at different times. He has appeared before land use boards throughout New Hampshire and litigated land use cases before the Superior Court and the Housing Appeals Board. Dan is a member of the New Hampshire Bar and is licensed in State of New Hampshire, as well as, the United States District Court for New Hampshire. Dan is also a member of the Manchester Bar. Dan is a native of New Hampshire. He enjoys spending his free time with his wife and two kids. Kids sports take up a fair amount of his time outside of the office and he has coached his kids’ soccer teams in the past. Dan has a B.A. (Political Science/International Affairs) from the University of New Hampshire and his J.D. from Tulane Law School.
