Daniel Duckett

Since joining the firm in 1997, Dan has concentrated his legal practice on litigation. Dan’s clients are generally those who require representation to uphold their rights in front of New Hampshire and Massachusetts' courts and administrative bodies in the areas of insurance disputes with insurance carriers and personal injury claims. His practice also focuses on criminal defense representation throughout the state of New Hampshire. Dan applies his past experience to analyze whether a case should be tried or settled.
