Eric T. Kilchenstein

Eric’s practice includes commercial real estate, commercial finance and general corporate work across numerous industry sectors. He has diverse and extensive experience representing businesses of all sizes, non-profits, lending institutions and individuals. In his commercial real estate practice, he advises clients on the purchase, financing, sale, leasing and development of commercial real estate. On commercial finance matters, he advises borrowers and institutional or private equity lenders. On corporate and general business matters he advises clients on formation, general contract review and negotiation, regulatory compliance, franchise agreements, mergers, sales and acquisitions, financing, land use, development and leasing matters.
