Eva Bleich

Eva is a senior trial attorney who practices primarily in the fields of general civil litigation, toxic torts, occupational disease, professional negligence and other personal injury. She has highly developed skills in medico-legal research and analysis, premised upon her many years of experience and advanced education in professional nursing. As a registered nurse with practical experience in psychiatric and pediatric nursing, and in providing nursing care services to exceptional children, Ms. Bleich brings a strong appreciation of the medical and nursing care communities to her practice. She has also served as an Assistant Administrator and as a Director of Nursing, allowing her to understand the special problems unique to the delivery of health care services. This practical experience is of particular benefit to the evaluation of personal injury and emotional damages claims.
