About Jared R. Green

Jared was born in Mt. Kisco, New York on December 14, 1965 and grew up in Lewisboro, New York. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Mercy College in 1988 and his Juris Doctorate from the Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1993. He is admitted to practice before the State and Federal courts of New Hampshire, the Federal court in Vermont, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. Jared joined Abramson, Brown & Dugan in 1996. Jared is a member of the New Hampshire Trial Lawyers Association and has served as Editor of the Association's law journal, Trial Bar News, since 2000. He is also a member of the Manchester (NH) Bar Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. He is co-author of the following articles: "The New Expert Reliability and Expert Disclosure Rules: What Does R.S.A. 516:29 Require and Is It Constitutional?" 26 TBN 166 (Fall, 2004); "Damages for Loss of Enjoyment of Life in Personal Injury Cases," 22 TBN 35 (Winter, 2000) and "The New Hampshire Equal Rights Amendment: A Powerful, Yet Rarely Invoked Anti-Discrimination Weapon," 33 NHBJ 496 (September, 1992). He has been on the faculty of the following legal education seminars: Expert Disclosure Rule Seminar (NHTLA), 17th Annual Conference of the Brain Injury Association of New Hampshire, and Medical Malpractice in New Hampshire (National Business Institute). Jared has argued cases before the New Hampshire Supreme Court, the Maine Supreme Judicial Court, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit.
