Kevin M. Baum

Kevin is a member of our Corporate Practice Group, dividing his concentration between general corporate law and real estate matters. He assists clients primarily with real estate transactions, planning and zoning matters, and environmental issues. Kevin brings to the firm his previous experience in environmental consulting, where he worked on the remediation of several Superfund sites and assisting with environmental due diligence. He also holds a Certificate in Environmental Law, Science and Policy from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
