Attorney Small received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science from New England College in 1988 and her Juris Doctorate from Franklin Pierce Law Center in 1992. Since being admitted to the practice of law in New Hampshire in 1992 and also to the practice of law in Massachusetts in 1993, Attorney Small has concentrated her practice in the area of domestic relations including but not limited to divorce, custody, child support, alimony, domestic violence and termination of parental rights cases. Attorney Small was an original co-founder of the firm Small & Lyons, and after 23 years of operating that firm, she went on to open her own firm, The Law Office of Peggy L. Small, PLLC.
