Adam L. Rothenberg

As an attorney, Adam L. Rothenberg has only represented the rights of those who are injured as the result of another's negligence: plaintiffs. This is a cause for which he is passionate. Adam focuses his practice on a broad range of complex litigation cases, especially in the areas of medical malpractice and nursing home litigation, as well as products' liability, construction and automobile accidents. He practices both in the New Jersey's State Superior and Appellate Courts as well as in Federal District Court for the District of New Jersey. His undergraduate education began at Tulane University in New Orleans and was completed at the University of Washington upon receiving his Bachelor's of Business Administration with Honors in 1987. Prior to studying law, Adam gained valuable business experience working in Human Resource Management at the Atlanta Journal Constitution, a hospital and a toy company. Ultimately, he decided to fulfill his dream to study law and earned his J.D. Degree, Cum Laude, from Seton Hall University Law School in New Jersey in 1993.Shortly after being admitted to the bar, Adam joined Levinson Axelrod in January 1994. He was fortunate to be mentored early in his career by Richard Levinson, working closely with Richard on difficult cases prior to assuming his own case load.
