Alex R. Pagano Esq.

Alexander R. Pagano, Ph.D., Esq. is a partner of the firm and manages the Florham Park Offices. He is a member of the bars of the State of New Jersey and New York, the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He is also a member of the New Jersey Morris County Bar Association and the Family Part of the New Jersey Bar Association. He is a strong advocate of the firm’s policy of client responsiveness and providing an efficient work product to keep legal fees and costs as low as possible. He is always available to meet or teleconference with the firm’s clients. Dr. Pagano works hard to achieve the best results for his clients, whether through trial or settlement. His academic background (Ph.D. from Penn State University followed by a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law), provides him with a unique perspective into his clients’ legal issues. Dr. Pagano handles divorce and issues ancillary to divorce, such as marital agreements, distribution of the marital assets, alimony, child support, child custody, child visitation and domestic violence. Dr. Pagano began practicing before the United States Patent and Trademark Office with the large New York City law firm of Pennie & Edmonds LLP (Now Jones Day). After three years, he left Pennie to join the New Jersey litigation and corporate powerhouse Lowenstein Sandler PC, in Roseland, New Jersey, where he practiced until July of 2004.
