Angelo Cifelli Jr.

Angelo Cifelli, Jr., a partner at Piro Zinna Cifelli Paris & Genitempo, has advised many New Jersey governmental entities during the past three decades, specializes in land use, environmental matters, complex real estate transactions, governmental and corporate matters. He has served as a Special Counsel to the Nutley Board of Education regarding land use issues and presently represents the Essex Regional Health Commission. Cifelli has served as counsel to the Franklin Township Planning Board, and as a review attorney for Pascack Community Bank and currently serves as a Review Attorney for Lakeland Bank. He has served as counsel to the Newark Zoning Board of Adjustment since 1982. He currently serves as special counsel to the Township of Nutley for Land Use matters. Cifelli served two terms as an Essex County Freeholder. He has also been a member of the Essex County District Ethics Committee. The Fordham University and New York Law School graduate clerked in Essex County for one year before entering private practice with the firm Giannone & Capone and then establishing a general practice of law in 1978.
