Brett R. Greiner

Brett grew up very close to our Edison office and started working for Levinson Axelrod as a clerk while he was still in law school. He received his bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami and then attended the Dickinson School of Law at Penn State where he was honored as a member of The Order of the Barristers. More recently, Brett was selected as a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100 Trial Lawyers in 2011. He is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Civil Trial Attorney and is also a member of the American Association for Justice and the Middlesex County Trial Lawyers Association. Being a motorcycle enthusiast helps Brett understand the realities on the road that confront riders and the sometimes complex issues that arise over medical bills when a motorcycle accident occurs. Brett is one of our Partners and handles a variety of case types including auto accidents, construction accidents, slip and fall injuries, motorcycle accidents, nursing home abuse and negligence, and medical malpractice.
