Brian D Schwartz

Brian leads our transactional, business and real estate practices, utilizing his vast experience developed in 40 years of practice in negotiating contracts, handling business and real estate purchases, sales, leasing, and refinancing, and when needed, business and real estate litigation. Brian also focuses on zoning and land use matters, representing builders, developers, and land-use boards throughout his career. He has appeared before over 30 boards in over a dozen different counties in this State and currently represents two land-use boards. Brian is also an essential part of our civil litigation practice, particularly in business, commercial, real estate, and creditors’ rights litigation. He has extensive experience in representing parties in business disputes that result in litigation or arbitration, having successfully brought many actions on emergent bases as well as successfully mediating or trying business dispute cases. Brian is also adept at representing creditors in bankruptcy courts utilizing his combined knowledge of real estate and creditors’ rights law.
