Christopher R. Shea

Christopher R. Shea (“Chris”) specializes in Personal Injury, Workers’ Compensation, Construction, Land Use, Criminal Defense, and Discrimination cases. Chris has received his LLM, (Masters Degree) in Trial Advocacy from the nationally ranked Temple University School of Law in Philadelphia and regularly represents clients in Federal, State, and Municipal Courts throughout New Jersey. Despite his love of the Court room, Chris’ favorite aspect of the law is working with his clients to reveal the truth in their case. You see, Chris grew up around the law. As a boy, Chris would accompany his father Robert C. Shea to hearings, trials, and client meetings whenever he had the opportunity. It was through these experiences Chris quickly learned that you cannot expect a judge or jury to understand and feel the injustice suffered by your client unless you take the time to understand it yourself. To this day, Chris keeps this key lesson in mind, as shown through his empathetic approach with clients, as well as, his ability to convey their story in the court room. In addition to his legal accolades, Chris is an active member of Ocean County and has served on multiple boards including, the Ocean County Vocational Technical School, United Way, and the Boy Scouts.
