Collette V. Bilinkas

Collette V. Bilinkas is an associate at Law Offices Rosemarie Arnold representing plaintiffs in the area of personal injury law focusing on motor vehicle accidents, wrongful death actions, premises liability, and much more. Ms. Bilinkas takes great pride in her ability to provide her clients legal representation but also care and compassion. She is dedicated to individually serving each client and devotes herself to understanding how each client’s life has been impacted by the accident or incident in question and helping them with their recovery. Collette was a Dean’s List student at Ramapo College where she earned her B.A. in Law and Society with a minor in Political Science in 2011. Ms. Bilinkas earned her Juris Doctorate from New England Law|Boston in 2016. While in law school, Collette served as the President of the Latin American Law Student Association and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta, MacLean Chapter. Ms. Bilinkas also participated in New England Law|Boston Family Clinic where she provided legal services to Boston residents of low-income households. Ms. Bilinkas is admitted to practice law in New Jersey and the United States District of New Jersey. On a personal note, Collette is a resident of Morris County, NJ originally a native of Woodland Park, New Jersey and is fluent in Spanish.
