Cynthia Maurer was admitted to the New Jersey Bar and U.S. District Court For District Of New Jersey in 1983. In 1990, she was admitted to the New York State Bar. Cynthia attended Rutgers University graduating, Phi Beta Capa with a Degree in History and French Education in 1979. She then went on to the Albany Law School and received her J.D. in 1982.
