Danielle J. Cardone

Danielle J. Cardone focuses her practice on family law, including divorce, custody and visitation matters, domestic violence issues, parenting rights, equitable distribution, spousal support, premarital agreements, post-judgment issues, and the like. Danielle’s effective representation and understanding of her clients’ needs lead to positive outcomes and satisfied clients. In addition, Danielle handles land use and zoning matters, general litigation matters, and the preparation of wills, trusts and estates. Danielle graduated cum laude from Washington & Lee University in Lexington, Virginia, with dual degrees in Politics and Economics. She earned her Juris Doctor degree at Rutgers University School of Law-Newark. Prior to joining Schepisi & McLaughlin, P.A., Danielle served as a Judicial Law Clerk to the Honorable Peter J. Melchionne, J.S.C. for the Bergen County Superior Court, Family Part. Danielle is a member of the American Bar Association, New Jersey State Bar Association, Bergen County Bar Association, and New York State Bar Association.
